Elite was recently appointed by the CEO of one of the UK’s largest leisure companies. The brief was quite specific as his family required a home equidistant from the office and school. Elite took time to understand the brief, compiling a comprehensive list of every potential village and prime property.

Within just five weeks, the Elite team had covered the entire search area, making direct contact with property owners where necessary and generated a portfolio of available properties, including over £90m worth of prime off-market and pre-market country houses.

Following an assessment of all the properties, a shortlist of contenders was compiled, enabling the client to view just a handful of houses before easily identifying a frontrunner.

Armed with extensive market knowledge, Elite were able to give informed advice to the client in relation to price, clearly demonstrating the value of the privately available property. The seller understood the value of a strong buyer and the accommodating terms that were offered and a price was agreed quickly and simply.
