Elite is a locally based buyer’s agent who specialise in finding and acquiring homes for the rich and famous throughout the UK.  Elite’s present clients include TV stars, captains of UK industry and some of the country’s wealthiest individuals.

“One of the key frustrations for buyers in the present market is the lack of stock. Buyers are excited by our access to private sellers. We now have a national database of almost a billion pounds worth of privately available homes, with over £150m of prime property quietly available locally, that has never seen the light of an estate agents window,” he added.

Locally, Elite has seen a steady growth in interest in the £2m plus property market over the last five months.
“As we move into summer, interest in the top end of the Poole property market has started to hot up,” comments Joe Nisbet, a director at Elite who specialises in the BH13 and surrounding areas.

“We see some incredible houses in some great locations throughout the country but it’s always good to come home.  Anyone who was out and about on Sandbanks last weekend will appreciate that we live in a beautiful place and when it comes to location, location, location, there will always be a demand for prime local property,” said Mr Nisbet.
