The number of million pound properties was 147,000 in 2008, before the credit crisis struck. It fell to 104,000 at the peak of the crisis in late 2009. Now it has almost recovered to 2008 levels.
Buyers agents such as Elite Property Search continue to see an increase in interest in properties at this end of the market, with areas such as Sandbanks in Dorset also proving popular with their buyers.
With so many prime properties on the market, it’s important to make sure that you select only the most suitable houses to view.
That’s where Elite Property Search can help. They understand that every home and every home buyer is unique and come with a particular set of standards and requirements that need meeting.
Buyers agents listen to what you want and select only the properties that meet your stringent criteria, meaning you won’t waste time and effort viewing properties that don’t meet your standards.
By employing the services of a buyers agent you can be confident that despite the increase in number of properties in the million pound market, you will find the home of your dreams – be that a rectory, town house or country estate.
