Drawing upon his wealth of experience within the prestige property business, Tim has played an instrumental role as one of the founding directors of Elite Property Search. He specialises in the procurement of Country & London houses. Tim’s attention to detail and market expertise in securing properties has proved invaluable for Elite clients. Before entering the property industry, Tim worked for 5 years as a Commercial Operations Director and also successfully studied for his MBA. Tim enjoys seeking new ways to add value to businesses and working with others to develop their full potential. A keen sportsman, Tim enjoys keeping fit and has used this enjoyment to fund raise for charity by taking part in events such as the Great North Run.

Born and bred in Scotland, Joe has previously worked within internationally renowned companies Sunseeker and Piper Aircraft UK, before discovering a penchant for sourcing off market properties and development opportunities. As a co-founder of Elite, Joe offers unrivalled knowledge of some of the most exclusive areas of the UK with a proven track record of great property deals. Joe has a passion for golf and contemporary art and has exhibited sculptures and art work in local galleries.

After holding the position of Director within a national retail organisation, Max left to become a co-founder of Elite Property Search. He focuses on financial management, business development and property sourcing for a range of clients. He has broad experience in the country and equestrian property markets, and has developed an extensive portfolio of privately available property throughout the South of England. During his free time Max enjoys playing football and spending time with his family.
