Introducer Fees

 Elite Property Search client fees typically comprise an initial retainer fee (£1,000 + VAT) plus a success fee of 2% of the purchase price payable on exchange. Registered brokers will earn 7.5% of the appropriate success fee for a referral that proceeds to exchange of contracts.

For example on a £1m property (the entry level amount) a broker will earn a £1500 referral fee on exchange!
