A recent article in the telegraph.co.uk by Myra Butterworth, highlighted that there is still a lot of interest in million pound houses in the UK, predominately in the South & South East, with London still topping the rankings.

In fact it is not the expected prestigious address of Kensington and Chelsea that come out top, although they are up there, but Ingram Avenue in Barnet that claims top spot according to the latest survey by the Halifax with average prices of £4.4 million.

In other areas “Panorama Road in Poole is the most expensive street outside London with an average house price of £4.1 million”
