Atkins resurfaces at Elite

Steve Atkins, former head of Premier Mortgage Service, is returning to the industry as a consultant to Elite - independent buying agents.


Atkins, who resigned from PMS last August, said: "I stated at the time I left PMS that it would have to be a pretty unique opportunity to entice me back in to the industry and this is definitely it. Elite specialises in acquisition of the finest prime UK properties offering high net worth clients a competitive advantage when looking for a home."

As an independent search agency Elite have direct access to individual homeowners as well as the portfolios of privately available property held by leading estate agents.

Tim Sharp, director of Elite Property Search, said: "We're very excited by this association. Steve's role within Elite is to raise awareness within the mortgage industry about the great potential for brokers to earn considerable referral income through introducing their clients to our invaluable property search service."
